TBF Personal Training and Classes are designed for every level of fitness interest: from boxing and fitness beginners, to advanced fighters and those fitness warriors looking for a tough and exciting new challenge.
PERSONAL TRAINING Sessions are structured with your fitness goals, strengths, and weakness in mind. PT sessions are for 1 hour and are created to challenge, sculpt and energize you to achieve your goals. You will get out what you put in!
After a dedicated amount of training you will build muscle, lose weight (if needed), improve your cardio and endurance. You will learn proper boxing techniques: from the proper stance, to hitting the bags, mitt work, to proper combinations, defensive and offensive strategies. We train with the intentions and focus of a warrior so we achieve the same results!
CLASSES as with PT sessions, utilize boxing as a base that focuses on strength and conditioning, cardio, core work and body resistance training. Classes are 1 hour and limited to 20 members max to allow for individual attention when needed.

DaMond became interested in boxing at the age of thirteen in Albany N.Y. At sixteen he began training seriously and went on to win the North Adirondack Jr middleweight novice golden glove championship in his second sanctioned bout. At nineteen he moved to New York City to attend The American Academy of Dramatic Arts. He continued boxing and trained with the late Michael Olajide Sr. out of his Kingsway Boxing Gym.
Later, DaMond began an over twenty year career as a youth development worker; mentoring and supporting
young people in the creative arts, boxing/fitness, leadership development and social justice. DaMond continues to mentor young people in his spare time.
Currently DaMond attends Columbia University’s School for General Studies, where he's completing his bachelors in Film and Media Studies. He is excited about the opportunity of working with you to accomplish your training and fitness goals. LET'S GET IT...LET'S GO!!
